It isn't easy to start eating normally again during recovery. What I personally found helpful was eating food that I truly enjoyed and that made me happy.
Cooking is my passion. It is an outlet for my emotions. Whenever I go to the kitchen to make a recipe, my mind clears, all the problems go away, and I can relax.
I’ve created a food blog to share my passion with others and hopefully inspire people to make new creations.
